This website is provided through an OpenAI service. Technically necessary data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser and device information may be processed to operate the website securely and reliably. OpenAI's Privacy Policy also applies to processing carried out by OpenAI.

3. Cookies and analytics

TUSDW currently uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising services of its own on this website. Technically necessary hosting functions and log data may still apply.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your information is processed to handle your request and possible follow-up questions. It is retained only as long as needed for this purpose or required by law and is shared only where a legal basis exists.

5. Wittmer AI Care

Wittmer AI Care is a Windows application for understandable technical diagnostics and support. With the user's explicit consent, the Private Preview can read technical device information locally, including the Windows version, processor information, memory, storage and the status of selected local processes, services, network ports and supported programs.

The application does not access the content of personal files, documents, photos, emails, contacts, messages or passwords. The current Private Preview uses no user account, advertising, proprietary analytics or telemetry. Diagnostic results are not transmitted to TUSDW, Wittmer AI or external providers and are not stored in an external database or cloud. It provides no automatic remote access and performs no repair or installation without an explicit user action.

6. Microsoft Store and Windows

When Wittmer AI Care is obtained through Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes the information required for delivery, download, installation, updates and account management under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. TUSDW does not automatically receive access to personal Microsoft account data or local diagnostic results.

7. External links and services

This website and Wittmer AI Care may link to external services such as Gumroad or Fiverr. The respective provider's privacy policy applies when a link is opened. Local diagnostic results are not automatically transferred to that provider.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Contact d.wittmer@tusdw.xyz.
